You can, according to your desires, opt for the menu of the day, at the price of 16 euros, for the Clémentine menu, at the price of 222 euros, the Terroir menu, at the price of 29 euros, or the Saint-Clément menu, at the price of 34 euros (2 courses) or 38 euros (3 courses).
The chef also suggests a tailor-made group menu, from 22 euros during the week, 30 euros on Sundays and public holidays. If you wish, you can take advantage of a private room, on request and subject to availability.
